Meet Pamela United Way’s Golden Wishes makes dreams a reality for older adults in our community. For Pamela this meant doing something she always wanted to do – shadowing an ER nurse and having the retirement party she never had. 
A new way to help Earlier this year Congress enacted the CARES Act legislation that includes new financial incentives to give generously to qualifying charities. This new Act allows most Americans to deduct more donations to charities from their 2020 taxes.
