The Back of the House series kicks off with an exciting in-home culinary experience led by James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schwartz of Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink, with wines curated by his beverage director and sommelier Amanda Fraga!

Pour yourself a glass of wine and get ready to prepare chef Michael’s exciting three-course dinner for two. We deliver a meal kit with pre-portioned ingredients and a bottle of either or both of the curated wine pairings and instantly, your own “back of the house” is ready for dinner. Host Lyn Farmer welcomes chef Michael and Amanda to our virtual Zoom kitchen to provide you easy-to-perform culinary instructions, along with a discussion of the food and wine on our evening table, and a celebration of South Florida hospitality.
