Did you know? Since the onset of COVID-19, our United Way has activated more than 2,000 volunteers who signed up or completed opportunities totaling over 7,000 volunteer hours.
Inspire305 and Girls Inc. give back with a garden day Inspire305 powered by United Way of Miami-Dade and Girls Inc. of Greater Miami came together at a distance to give back at Santa Clara Elementary. Over the course of two shifts, volunteers revitalized a school garden and outdoor classroom. 
LINC connects with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami United Way LINC (Lead. Impact. Network. Change) in partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami recently spearheaded a three-part mentorship series focusing on our community’s youth. The workshops in late March helped champion hope, provide insights and mentor young minds in our community through a combination of virtual and socially distanced in-person opportunities.
Ed Ansin: Celebrating his life and legacy United Way of Miami-Dade, United Way of Broward and United way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley – three United Ways touched by Ed Ansin’s generosity – gathered to celebrate his life and dedicate a tree in his memory.
