Help prepare tax returns for our community’s most vulnerable Struggling hardworking families and older adults depend on valuable tax returns, credits and deductions to make ends meet, that’s where you come in. Get trained and IRS certified as a tax preparer to support Miami Tax Pros VITA Coalition (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) throughout Miami-Dade. Virtual and in-person tax preparer positions are available as well as greeters and interpreters. 
Share the gift of warmth this Giving Tuesday While many of us may never think about being cold in Miami, for young children who don’t have warm clothes during the winter months, each cold day can bring on unnecessary suffering. Join us in partnership with Miami Herald/el Nuevo Herald now through #GivingTuesday by helping over 500 local children from low-income areas receive sweaters, sneakers, socks lip balm and other cold weather essentials.
Did you know? Last year we raised enough funds through our Giving Tuesday efforts to provide over 500 toddlers and their families with basic essentials like, diapers, formula and wipes.
Helping veterans in our community Making the transition from active duty to civilian life can pose its own set of unique challenges to veterans and their families. MISSION UNITED is a single point of entry for veterans to access the help they need, at no cost. By connecting them to a coordinated network of community partners, we empower veterans and their families to lead productive lives in our community.
