As we welcome the summer months, it’s important to remember those in our community who are facing financial insecurity and will struggle to provide their children with necessary supplies in the upcoming school year.
United Way Miami is organizing our annual Back-to-School Drive to ensure that students in need in Miami-Dade have the tools they require to thrive academically. Join us to help create a brighter future for our community’s children!
Your support, whether in the form of supplies or monetary contributions, will benefit low-income children and families of the United Way Center for Excellence in Early Education, United Way Center for Financial Stability, MISSION UNITED, Early Head Start-Child Care Partnership and various partners throughout Miami-Dade County.
Here are the various ways you can get involved:
Monetary Donation
Your donation will help us provide multiple students and families with the proper school supplies for a successful school year. Please select “Back-to-School Drive” as your reason for donating.
Amazon Wish List
Purchase an item on our Amazon Wishlist and have it delivered directly to United Way Miami before Wednesday, July 24.
Host a Drive
Host a collection drive within your workplace or with family and friends and help provide essential school supplies and backpacks for Miami-Dade students. All items must be dropped off at United Way Miami anytime from now through Monday, July 29.
Sponsorship Opportunities
Demonstrate your company’s commitment to corporate social responsibility and give back to our community by sponsoring the Back-to-School Drive to help us make a positive impact on the education and well-being of local students.
Sponsorships are available from $500 – $5,500.
