Inspire305, powered by United Way, returns for a second year in search of Miami’s innovative nonprofits

Local nonprofits launched between 2011 and 2018 are invited to apply

Inspire305, powered by United Way of Miami-Dade, returns to support local up-and-coming, innovative nonprofits who are doing amazing work in Miami. Community focused and driven, Inspire305 will award two grants – a $25,000 Grand Innovator Award and a $10,000 Trailblazer Award – to two deserving nonprofits. The community will be invited to join the movement through panel discussions, volunteerism and voting for their favorite nonprofits digitally and in-person.

From 3-05, aka March 5, until 11:59 pm on March 29, agencies can apply. Nonprofits that received their 501(c)(3) certifications between 2011 and 2018, offer services locally and meet all other eligibility requirements are invited to learn more at www.inspire305.org, beginning on March 5.

Miamians can start innovating for good on 3-05.

Today, Code/Art is using the Inspire305 grant to expand the number of afterschool CodeHER clubs, while Mind&Melody is expanding the delivery of intergenerational musical experiences to individuals with Alzheimer’s.
