United Way of Miami-Dade and Jungle Island have partnered to provide complimentary admission park tickets to Title I schools, early care and education programs serving low-income children, and qualified non-profits who educate our youth.
To be eligible to receive complimentary tickets to Jungle Island, all participating school and organization will need to meet the following criteria: You must:
- Be a Miami-Dade-based Title I school; early care and education program serving at least 60 percent of students benefiting from free and reduced lunch, Head Start program, or 501c3 nonprofit organization serving youth
- Have one chaperone for every ten students
- Send at least two pictures of your field trip to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Sign a liability waiver
- Complimentary tickets do not include transportation, food or souvenirs
United Way will review your application based on the criteria listed above and will complete the approval process within seven days of your submission. Once your application is approved, you will receive instructions on how to make your field trip reservation. Jungle Island will then provide you with the confirmation of your Field Trip within two business days.
