Now more than ever:
Fight for a stronger Miami. Give now.
The world has changed. Our needs have not.
As we commemorate 96 years of empowering the most vulnerable in our community, we are taking our annual campaign virtual. During these unprecedented times, your generosity helps us continue to address the needs in our community by working with nearly 100 programs and initiatives that promote education, financial stability and health.
Tools for a successful workplace campaign
To give children, at-risk youth, older adults, veterans and others in our community a fighting chance, it takes the right tools. That’s why we’ve developed this innovative toolkit to support your employee campaign. Comprised of everything from insightful brochures to captivating videos, the campaign toolkit is your one-stop-shop to assist you in launching a successful workplace campaign. Many items listed here are also available in hard copy. For more information, please contact your United Way representative or call (305) 646-7026.
Employee campaign managers bring the fight to the workplace
It takes leadership, energy and passion to bring a United Way campaign to life. And that job is held by your company’s United Way employee campaign manager (ECM). ECM’s plan, implement and lead the campaign in coordination with United Way staff and a strong workplace campaign team. Together, they run a campaign that combines passion with purpose and ultimately turns workplace contributions into real change.
This guide will provide you with all the information you need to run a successful virtual campaign. It includes all the steps you’ll need from kickoff to finish, including tips and best practices, virtual and socially distanced engagement opportunities, a social media guide and online sample resources to help you along the way.
Below are important educational and marketing materials for the 2020 campaign and a few additional items that might help enhance it.
