The art of mixing cocktails embodies history, tradition and, of course, some great tasting spirits. Guests will explore all this and more with an eye (and palate) set on the year-end holidays. Expert mixologist Gabe Urrutia stands behind the virtual bar this week to share legends and lore from the world of classic cocktails. Gabe has been the top mixologist and brand ambassador for some of the world’s major spirits brands, and he has a wonderfully engaging way to give even the novice cocktailian some great tips for creating spirited holidays. Guests will survey a classic cocktail, a new wave drink of Gabe’s creation and an easy holiday punch, among other drinks, during this hour-long workshop. With Back of the House host Lyn Farmer, Gabe will take questions, give demonstrations and show our guests how to have a great time at their own party.
