As Veterans Day approaches, we are reminded of those who fought for us. This month, our United Way Mission United is commemorating the holiday, with a month chock-full of events for veterans and their families.
More than 520,000 households are struggling to make ends meet in Miami-Dade. Because of this, tough choices are made every day, and staying up to date with medications can be a difficult task. Through our partnership with FamilyWize, over 150,000 members of the community have saved more than $15 million on prescription medications.
