- $12,851,146 million in tax refunds
- Earned Income Tax Credits of $4,796,082 million

What is VITA?
The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to people depending on income persons with disabilities, the elderly, and limited English speaking taxpayers. IRS-certified volunteers provide free basic income tax return preparation with electronic filing to qualified individuals and families.
Free certification and training
Volunteer training is offered at no cost, starting in November, and will be offered online and in the classroom. All study materials will be provided, and both weekday and weekend hours are available.
